The Ultimate Twilight Question Answered

Yes! Heaven is a little bit closer. Edward, my dear Edward, may appear in all his glory on the screen. He was already larger than life, but now I can see him in all his glory on the big screen.
Yes, he sparkles.
I know there are so many lame puns that I could throw in here about a sparkling personality, or sparkles in eyes and what nots, but I can’t. All I can think is that this god in vampire form, aka Edward Cullen, may not be destroyed by Hollywood.
It’s too good to be true. Please, if this is a dream, don’t wake me for a few days.
You’re probably thinking this girl has taken her Edward obsession a bit too far. Who really cares if he sparkles? But you are missing the point entirely. The fact that he sparkles simply means that they, meaning the Hollywood giants that have ruined just about every book to movie character, didn’t ruin him.
So now, I am entirely prepared to be overcome with silly girlish giggles when he sparkles because I know that Hollywood has done what they can to be true to the book and make Edward the vampire I’ve been dreaming about.
The word is out and the verdicts are starting to come in. Twilight may not tank after all. Early reviews say the movie is better than the book. The chemistry between Edward and Bella is palpable, and although the special effects may be cheesy and overdone, no one is really going to see this movie for the cool special effects.
They’re going to see Edward.
