Just in time for holiday giving, electronics giant Best Buy has decided to knock ten bucks off the price of the coveted Apple iPhone 3G from now through January 3^rd . Prices of both the 16GB and 8GB versions of the smartphone have been reduced to $289.99 and $189.99, respectively.

We’re here. We’ve reached the end of our countdown of the Top 10 Phones for Men. Today we feature BlackBerry Bold 9000 smartphone. Whereas touchscreens were once a novelty among smartphones, the absence of a touchscreen now sets the Bold apart from other devices at this level. For typing messages, even the best touchscreen takes a back seat to a physical keyboard for speed and accuracy.

For months the blogosphere has been hot with rumors of a $99 Apple iPhone 3G to be sold by Walfmart. Earlier this week it even appeared that the celebrated device could hit the Walmart shelves by as early as next week. People everywhere got just a little more excited about getting an iPhone for Christmas.
