A Par-Twitter in a Pear Tweet: Twitpay & Tweetmas

Best Buy Gives Discount on the iPhone

Just in time for holiday giving, electronics giant Best Buy has decided to knock ten bucks off the price of the coveted Apple iPhone 3G from now through January 3rd . Prices of both the 16GB and 8GB versions of the smartphone have been reduced to $289.99 and $189.99, respectively.

Top Phones for Men: #1 BlackBerry Bold 9000

We’re here. We’ve reached the end of our countdown of the Top 10 Phones for Men. Today we feature BlackBerry Bold 9000 smartphone. Whereas touchscreens were once a novelty among smartphones, the absence of a touchscreen now sets the Bold apart from other devices at this level. For typing messages, even the best touchscreen takes a back seat to a physical keyboard for speed and accuracy.

Walmart iPhone: After Christmas

For months the blogosphere has been hot with rumors of a $99 Apple iPhone 3G to be sold by Walfmart. Earlier this week it even appeared that the celebrated device could hit the Walmart shelves by as early as next week. People everywhere got just a little more excited about getting an iPhone for Christmas.

So far, we’ve presented the Samsung Armani SGH-P520 and the LG Glimmer AX-830 for style conscious men, two smartphones, the T-Mobile G1 and the BlackBerry Storm 9530, for the businessman, and two rugged phones for the outdoor type, the Sonim XP1 and the Casio G’zOne Boulder. Our final phone in that last genre, and today’s offering, is the Samsung Rugby SGH-a837.
